What is an RV inspection and who needs one? Great question! Like a Home Inspection, RVs are inspected to observe and report the current condition. An inspector will provide a thorough report with pictures to the client so they can make educated decisions about the RV. See the sample report below.

A buyer may want an inspection of an RV they are looking to purchase so they can make sure they know what they are getting into with the unit. A seller may want an inspection of an RV they want to sell so they can take care of any issues or take the information into consideration when pricing the unit for sale. An owner may want an inspection so they can take care of any issues that are found for piece of mind.

Our air conditioners do some heavy lifting for us all year long depending on your location but summer, they’re the real MVPs. We’ll make sure your unit(s) is running efficiently before the heat becomes an issue by making sure the condenser coils are clean and straight and the components are operating correctly. 

Did you know the tape in your air conditioner and ducts will start failing after a while? We’ll also check for and fix any gaps in your unit to make sure the air is flowing the most effectively. 

Minerals that are naturally and artificially added to water can build up in your water heater system causing it to work harder. Additionally, some of those minerals can eat away at the tank materials so you may have an additional part called an ‘Anode Rod’ that needs to be checked and replaced when it starts weakening. Water heaters should be cleaned out and the systems should be checked twice a year. When was the last time you flushed out your water heater?

While maintenance is best for preventative measures, we put our RVs through earthquakes every time they go down the road. Even stationary RVs will have things break due to regular use. So, Yes! We do repairs too! Give us a call if something is failing/dead in the water on your RV.

Repairs are on a case by case basis. We’re honest people so if what you need is beyond our scope, we will refer you to the best possible option we can. We are continuing our education every day so what we can help with for repairs can change quickly. 

Does your RV need a little face lift? From something as simple as adding a coat rack or changing a faucet to upgrading a kitchen counter top and tile backsplash (yes, we’ve done all these examples!), we can come to you and help refresh your design. 

Motorized RVs have several systems that may use oil, transmission fluid, and coolant. We pull samples and send them to a lab for detail analysis to make sure everything is operating smoothly or if there are any issues you may want to address with a mechanic. 

We can also pull these samples from tow vehicles or tow-behind vehicles. Ask us about some of the stories we heard after these samples were pulled – they may shock you!

No offense to the RV manufacturers, but we have found that the breakers in units are often mislabeled. When an emergency happens and you need to trip a breaker, don’t you want to know at first glance that the breakers are labeled correctly without worrying?
